Banana Bread Diabetic Recipe








This banana bread diabetic recipe will be the first thing you crave in the morning and the last thing you eat at night. Banana bread is a yummy breakfast treat and a great end of the day dessert! Warm it up or eat it cold. You can't loose with baking banana bread. Enjoy! :)



Easy Banana Bread


Servings: 12 = 1/12 of the recipe

1 cup sugar substitute

1/2 cup margarine ( low fat is best)

2 egg whites

3 medium ripe bananas

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1. Cream the margarine and sugar substitute

2. Add the egg whites, milk, and bananas(mashed) to the margarine mix. Mix well.

3. Fold into the banana mix the baking soda, powder and salt. Mix well.

4. Pour mixture into a bread loaf pan that has been greased by cooking spray.

5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 60 mintues but check bread around 45 minutes. Every oven seems to bake differently!

6. Enjoy :)
