Cherry Cheesecake

(Arkansas)Crust; Grind 1 c. triscuits crackers, mix with 1/2 c. melted butter and five pkts artificial sweetener. Press into a pie plate. Bake for 10 min. at 450 degrees. Set aside to cool.

Mix an 8 0z. pkg. cream cheese with 1/2 c. light cool whip and 1/2 pkg. cherry koolaid. Spread over cooled crust. Top with light cool whip. Refrigerate.

You may substitute any flavor of kool aid and garnish with fresh fruit or berries.
