1 ½ tsp dried oregano6 chicken breast halves, skinless & boneless2 Tbs olive oil1 cup water4 Tbs lemon juice3 garlic cloves, minced2 chicken bouillonFresh parsley
Rub oregano into chicken. Brown chicken in oil in skillet, then transfer to crockpot.
Put water, lemon juice, garlic and bouillon in skillet. Bring to a boil, loosening browned bits from the pan and breaking up the bouillon cubes. Pour over chicken in crockpot.
Cover and cook on high 2 – 2 ½ hours, or on low 4-5 hours.
Add parsley and baste chicken. Cover and cook on high 15-30 minutes, until chicken is tender.
