Apple Fruit Tips
To have any apple dessert turn out great really starts with how good the apples are. When you purchase apples at your local grocery store, make sure there are not signs of damage on the outside of the apple. When storing apples, always always always refrigerate them. Keep them away from all vegetables because of the ripening agent that they release. The best/ripest apple can be found at your local farmer's market. If you happen to be out picking apples from your own apple tree, make sure you pick from the sunny side of the tree. These apples are the best.
