Diabetic Beef Teriyaki

This diabetic beef teriyaki recipe is full of flavor and juice. It goes wonderful with almost any side such as a stir fry, a side of noodles, or a small serving of rice. Asian style food is one of my favorites and it always welcomed at our dinner table.

Not too sure what to serve with beef teriyaki? A favorite of ours is sesame noodles. They are so hearty and delicious and add to the Asian flavor of the dish. Serve them with cilantro and or green onions to add more flavor the this teriyaki dish. You can also serve with a side of stir fry vegetables or put the stir fry vegetables on top of the beef and noddles.

Another good serve with dish is brown rice. I am a fan of the brown rice! It's as easy and re training your taste buds to enjoy this simple grain. 1 1/2 lb sirlion steak
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger
1 tbsp cornstarch
3 packets Equal

Recipe Instructions:

1. Slice beef into 1/2 inch strips. Arrange in shallow casserole. Combine soy sauce, wine, garlic, and ginger. Pour over meat, cover and refrigerate.

2. Marinate 2 hours. Broil beef 1-1/2 minutes on each side. Pour marinade into saucepan. Add cornstarch and cook over medium heat, until sauce thickens.

3. Remove from heat, stir in Equal. Serve sauce over meat.
