Diabetic Broccoli Casserole

This diabetic broccoli casserole gives a creamy richness to a broccoli dish. I believe kids are more apt to eat their vegetables if it is rich and creamy with a little help from cheese! Give it a try. This dish is easy to make and nutritious for the table.
