Diabetic Broccoli Casserole

This diabetic broccoli casserole gives a creamy richness to a broccoli dish. It may not look that good, mainly because of the picture that I attempted to take, but it is quite yummy. I believe kids are more apt to eat their vegetables if it is rich and creamy with a little help from cheese! Give it a try. This dish is easy to make and nutritious for the table. It's also a carb conscious dish.

I used lean ground turkey and found that to be a very good choice.
