Diabetic Cauliflower Soup
This Diabetic cauliflower soup is so simple to make. With only a few ingredients; it takes 15-20 minutes to prepare. Cauliflower is a low calories vegetable that is very good for you. This is one of the only ways for me to get my little guy to eat cauliflower. So, fix and enjoy!
Cream of Cauliflower Soup
8 oz condensed cream of chicken soup, low-fat low-sodium 1 cup finely chopped cauliflower 1 tsp lemon juice 1 carrot, diced 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp dried dill weed
Recipe Instructions: 1. Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the cauliflower is soft, stirring occasionally. For a thicker soup, blend half of it and mix back into the original.
