Diabetic Cheese Spread

This diabetic cheese spread is so simple to make. When something has three ingredients to it, I'm all over it. The soy sauce with the cream cheese may sound a bit odd, but it's taste is divine. Give it a try the next time you are in need of dipping your vegetables in something!
