Diabetic Cranberry Sauce
This diabetic cranberry sauce recipe is a lot of fun to make. If you have never tried to make homemade cranberry sauce, I encourage you to give it a try. It is easy and slightly fascinating. You can actually see when the cranberries pop and begin to turn to the right consistency. Or maybe it was the red wine that was consumed during the making of this dish? ha Anyway, you have to be a raisin fan to enjoy this. If you are not, omit the raisins altogether.
