Diabetic Egg Nog Recipe
This diabetic egg nog recipe is a must for the holidays. I've found that people ethier love egg nog or they can't stand it. Well, I love it!
Easy Egg Nog
Servings: 8=4 ounces each
Preperation Time: 15 Minutes
1 cup nonfat dry milk
1/2 cup sugar substitute
2 cups skim milk
1/2 cup water
2 eggs
1 teaspoon rum extract
1. Combine the dry milk, sugar substitute, skim milk, and water into a blender and blend on highg until mixed well.
2. To the blender, add the eggs and rum extract and blend on low until desired consistency.
3. garnish with nutmeg for an extra punch!
