Diabetic Onion Dip
This diabetic onion dip is a favorite of mine. Well, because it is a traditional onion dip with an extra added bonus...cheese! Give it a try. It goes great with chips or even some french bread. It's an easy appetizer that everyone is sure to enjoy.
1 cup Whipped Cottage Cheese, plus
2 tbsp Whipped Cottage Cheese,
4 tbsp finely-chopped green onion
5 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 dash cayenne pepper
1. Combine all ingredients, mix well, and chill at least 2 hours before serving.A great diabetic onion dip!
2. Serve with chunks of cooked meat, fish, or raw vegetables.
