Diabetic Popcorn Recipe


These diabetic popcorn recipe are a real treat for you and your kids. Unfortunately, you need to make popcorn fresh. Popcorn that sits out tends to turn stale pretty quickly.


Chilly Tastin' Popcorn Recipe


0.25 c Popcorn kernels popped in

1 tbsp. vegetable oil

1.00 ts Chili powder

0.25 ts Cumin powder

0.25 ts Garlic powder

Kids Snackin' Corn Recipe


Recipe Ingredients: 9 cup Corn, popped

1 tbsp Butter or margarine

1/3 cup Peanut butter

Recipe Instructions: Pop the corn. This recipe is calculated on corn popped in an air typepopper without added fat for fewer calories.

Over low heat melt the butter or margarine with peanut butter untilrunny. Drizzle over the popcorn and mix well. Spread in shallowbaking pans and bake in a 375 degree oven for 10 minutes, stirring 2or 3 times. The corn will crisp and topping will set.
