Here at diabetic punch recipes you will find a few of my favorite sweet drinks. I think fruit punch can be made for any occasion and for any age range. Who says you have to be a kid to enjoy a nice cool sweet glass of fruit punch?
Preparation time: 5 minutes 8 Servings = 3/4 of a cup each2 cups pineapple juice
2 cups cranberry juice
2 cups water
1. Combine all ingredients in a punch bowl and add ice to desired temperature.
2. Can add cinnamon to individual drinks to give it a fruit punch twist.
EASY EASY EASY AND SO YUMMY!!! My husband could not get enough of this drink. I did decide to use diet cranberry juice, but the following nutritional information is for regular cranberry juice. This is such a simple drink to make.

Preperation Time: 5 minutes 6 Servings = 1 cup each3 Cups of Crystal Light Lemonade Flavor Low Calorie Drink Mix
2 Cups of Water
48 ounce can of pineapple juice, frozen
crushed ice
1. Place drink mix and pineapple juice into punch bowl. Add the cold water slowly and stir until pineapple juice has dissolved.
2. Refrigerate and serve over the crushed ice
So Refreshing!
