Diabetic Sangria Recipes




On this page, you will find two of my favorite diabetic sangria recipes. I love a little bubbly with my brunch. Sweet, light, and just perfect for a mid morning drink. These are great to make at any morning function.



Sangria


Servings: 8= 6 ounces each Preperation Time: 10 Minutes

The juice of 3 oranges

The juice of 2 lemons

2 cups of grape juice ( white or regular grape juice)

ice cubes

1 lemon sliced thin

1 orange sliced thin

25 ounces of sparkling mineral water chilled

1. Add all the juices into a pitcher

2. Add the lemon and orange slices to the pitcher

3. Pour the mineral water just before serving (slowly)

4. Add ice to cool and voila!
