Seafood Salad
Servings: 4= 1/4 of the salad recipe 1/2 lb Deveined shrimp, shelled, cooked chilled, and cut in 2" pieces 1 tbsp Green onion, minced 3 tbsp Diet salad dressing 3 tbsp Diet french dressing 1/2 cup Almonds, chopped 1 cup Low-fat cottage cheese 2 cup Lettuce, torn up 1 Tomatoe, cut in wedges 1 tsp Parsley sprigs, chopped fine 1.Mix first six ingredients. Divide evenly on lettuce, garnish with tomato and parsley.
