Diabetic snacks don't have to be elaborate or take a lot of time to fix! Know in advance what you can and cannot eat and plan ahead! Here are some list of snacks you can make. They are calculated to have 15 carbs or 1 bread/starch exchange.

1.1/2 of a banana rolled in 2 tablespoons Grape Nuts cereal

2. 15 grapes

3. Five slices melba toast

4. 1/2 cup of either I Can't Believe It's Yogurt or TCBY frozen yogurt or Baskin Robbins, Sugar-Free
