Diabetic Spaghetti Sauce Recipe
This diabetic spaghetti sauce recipe is fairly easy to make. It tastes good on any pasta and gives the dish an extra punch of flavor. I prefer to always make my sauces... you can really tell a difference. So, ditch the jar and cook fresh!
Spunky Spaghetti Sauce Recipe Recipe Ingredients:
1 lb ground chuck 1 tsp minced garlic - (1 clove) 2 tbsp dried parsley 1 tsp dried basil 1 tsp dried crushed oregano 1 tsp salt 4 dashes Red Hot sauce 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 2 cans tomato sauce - (15 oz ea) 1 can tomato paste - (6 oz) 1 can diced tomatoes - (14 1/2 oz)
Recipe Instructions:
1.In a large skillet, brown ground chuck over medium-high heat, then drain well.
2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes. Stir often.
