Diabetic Turkey Recipe



This Diabetic turkey recipe is a creative yummy way to give your Thanksgiving dinner a twist. There are numerous way to bake a turkey, I would suggest giving this one a try!


Roast Turkey With Honey Cranberry Relish Recipe


1 medium orange

12 oz fresh or frozen whole cranberries

3/4 cup honey

2 lb sliced roasted turkey breast

Recipe Instructions:

1.Quarter and slice unpeeled orange, removing seeds. Coarsely chop orange and cranberries.

2. Place in medium saucepan and stir in honey. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

3. Cook 3 to 4 minutes; cool. Serve over turkey.

This recipe yields 8 servings.

Exchanges Per Serving: 3 Meat, 2 Fruit.
