Sugar Free Chocolate Frosting

This sugar free chocolate frosting is easy to make. After all, it only has 4 ingredients. The recipe calls for Dream Whip. Dream whip gives any recipe a lighter fluffier result. It makes the frosting less sweet, but more fluffy. I like that. Give it a try with your next cake creation. Chocolate frosting goes well with just about any white cake and chocolate cake for sure.

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient:

1 pack Dream whip (1 envelope)
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 cup Skim milk
1 pack Sugarfree choc. pudding(2oz)

1. Blend together skim milk, vanilla, and dream whip (or sugarfree whipped topping mix). Beat til stiff. Add pudding mix and continue to beat til light and fluffy.

2. Add more skim milk if too thick. Use as frosting on low fat cupcakes using 1T per cupcake. Can also be used to frost cake or brownies.

1T = 9cals, 0cholesterol
