Servings: 6 


2 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed

1 onion, chopped

1 garlic clove, minced

2 carrots, sliced

2 ribs celery, chopped

2 medium potatoes, cubed

1 teaspoon mixed dried herbs

1/3 cup tomato sauce

12 ounce can cream-style corn

14 ounce can whole-kernel corn

3 teaspoons sodium-free chicken bouillon powder

3 cups water

¼ cup chopped parsley


Combine all ingredients except parsley in 4-quart crockpot.

Cover and cook on low 8-9 hours, or until chicken is tender.

Add parsley 30 minutes before serving
