This diabetic egg nog recipe is a quick fix for Christmas time. I've found that people either love egg nog or they can't stand it. It either makes your toes curl or your tummy rumble. Egg nog is part of most holiday traditions that people look forward to year after year.
Servings: 8=4 ounces each
Preparation Time: 15 Minutes
1 cup nonfat dry milk
1/2 cup sugar substitute
2 cups skim milk
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon rum extract
1. Combine the dry milk, sugar substitute, skim milk, and water into a blender and blend on highg until mixed well.
2. To the blender, add the eggs and rum extract and blend on low until desired consistency.
3. garnish with nutmeg for an extra punch!
