Dijon Chicken

A tasty, but not overpowering, dish. I cut it in half and made it for 3 instead. It seemed like you could use less yogurt than what was called for. There could have been a bit of salt in the recipe, perhaps during the breading process. The outside was mostly crispy and the chicken was still very juicy. I would definitely make this again and both my husband and 16-year old son liked it as well.
